Call for Abstracts

Authors are invited to submit abstracts on any of the given topics. The International Program Committee will select oral and poster contributions on the basis of the abstracts.

Authors submitting an abstract should provide the names of three potential reviewers for the final paper that might be eventually submitted for publication in Journal. But please, refrain from providing names of colleagues within your own Institution. We encourage that you add the names of all authors.

Abstract Submission Guideline

• An abstract must be written in English
• An abstract can be submitted as an Oral or Poster presentation.
• The submitting author must be the presenting author. The presenting author does not have to be the first author.
• Each presenting author can submit only one abstract.
• Abstract submission should be done through the electronic submission page on the web site. Submissions by e-mail, post or fax will not be considered.
• The purpose of the research, principal results and major conclusions must be clearly stated.
• Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for the abstract to be published in the official meeting program.
• Decisions by the International Program Committee for abstract acceptance in the program are final.
• It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact in the abstract text will be reproduced as typed by the author.
• If you do not complete the abstract submission and leave the webpage, you will not be able to find your abstract at MY PAGE.
• All the submissions will be reviewed and acceptance notice will be sent to corresponding authors.
• Abstracts already published elsewhere or based on full papers that have already been published will not be considered for inclusion.
• Authors may further edit and modify submitted abstracts until the submission deadline.
